Terms of service

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME: Please note, all orders are processed within 7-14 business days not including weekends or holidays. Any PREORDERS can take anywhere up to 2-3 weeks to be processed (not including weekends or holidays). This does not include shipping time.

Tracking numbers are sent out when your order is complete. Once you've received your tracking number please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to update. Once your package is turned in to USPS, CRAFTEDXBEE is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged packages, thats is out of our hands.

RETURNED PACKAGES: Please remember to double check your address to prevent your package from being returned to us. ANY package thats is returned will be refunded and items will be restocked. However you will not be refunded for shipping cost. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you realized your address was incorrect after placing your order please  email us within the SAME day to fix your address.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS:  CRAFTEDXBEE does not accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds nor returns. However, if you notice your item is defective and we missed it, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email with proof of the defective item to get it replaced.
